There are things that draw people into photography the love of nature, capturing a moment or just for plain fun. The hard part in taking photos is post-processing. Many a shots have been taken that are wasted. Why waste those shots tilt shift it or take shots for the purpose of tilt-shift right on the bat. You don't need Photoshop or any other image editing material just upload your pic into the TiltShiftMaker site and adjust your focus and in a matter of seconds you'll have instant miniaturized pictures.
what is tilt-shift? Tilt-shift miniature style photos are pictures of real-life scenes that are manipulated to look like model photographs.
Move the vertical slider on the right of the original photo to select the area in focus.
Use the "Preview" button to see the results then "Get full size" when done, to get a link to the full size image. Creating and downloading the full size image may take a while, depending on original photo size and other factors.

Jepoy showed me the website days ago, but due to hardware "malfunction" I was just able to test the game today. Hmmm what is tongits anyways? its one of the popular card games in the Philippines. Its akin to gin rummy but more mah jhong like. It was allegedly brought by the Chinese to the Philippines. How popular is tongits in the Philippines? Its like our poker for the masses(I remember an uncle who won't go home for days just to play tongits).
People who are familiar with tongits or those who are just beginning would love the no frills interface, reminiscence of the old windows solitaire(only much much better). The AI is fantastic responding to each card you drop and the GUI is intuitive and probably idiot proof. I have tried to play this for hours and its really addictive(actually considering registering the game) Its really hard to bluff your way into winning here.
Who is the Genius behind the game? He goes by the name Rico Zuniga and I applaud him for making a great game. Recommendations? Aside from adding girls in skimpy outfits, I'm sold!

Google launches a webcam based video conferencing app that would work with Chrome, Firefox 2.0+, Internet Explorer 7.0, and Safari 3.0 via non flash based plug-in. The feature will work in unison with GMail Chat and will be available via a camera icon next to a name in your chat list. The feature is probably focused on personal usage and not for corporate usage. I think this is just an added feature for the Gmail Chat service enhancing communication within your contacts. Yahoo messenger has all features plus allowing for sms and regular phone usage and Skype has one of the best internet phone service.

Naturally he was pissed off and contacted the site administrators, then he found out someone leeched his picture. The guy who nicked his pic was named Chris Rios. He emailed the Mr Rios but the guy claimed the picture as his and stated that they might took the same scene at the same angle(it was an action shot).
As for the MassKara festival website they pulled the picture out of the home screen:
I have seen the original image and the "disputed image"(via flickr) and I am no expert but at first glance you can already see that the water mark was cut off and the image cropped. Case in point, I personally think that asking permission or crediting someone won't hurt you a bit. In fairness to Mr Rios, I hope he does defend his side and shed light on this problem.
I know most of you have second thoughts before buying a PC game because of a PC's different specs. With the high costs of games and the never stopping progress of hardware(graphics especially) we could verify if the game we are planning to buy would work on our PC by using System Requirements Lab's Can You Run It? website. A plurker recently passed away, what was tragic about it was she got in a car accident after going to her own engagement party.
A friend inquired about freezing her karma at the plurk customer support and the official company rep gladly told her that they would gladly give her infinite karma.
Well people really appreciate what the Plurk staff did and I too am glad that they obliged to put her karma to infinity to preserve her memories. At least people who love her can really cherish snippets of her life. With all my heart, I give my condolences to the family and friends of harley_quinn.
When do we say that a person is in poverty? When do we say that one is not in poverty? These are the questions that we have to tackle. How do some people make ends meet on a meager salary? How can rich people sleep at night knowing they can help alleviate the suffering of poor people? Would poor people like dole outs? In a world filled with trouble would people still care? How can we really eliminate global poverty?
There is a thin line between a long term and a short term solution. Here in the Philippines, the poor have been exploited by almost all politician in their pursuit of office. I wont be surprised if the same things are happening in other countries. Rich people do charitable works but do they do it for tax exemptions or do they really give a damn? The real solution was written in the bible; " do not feed a man fish but teach him how to fish". We have all read micro financing and the like to help poor people but is that enough? The solution is not on business but on being able to sustain an income and being self sufficient in terms of giving one's family 3 decent meals a day and a roof upon their head. Which leads us to the problem of education, poverty hinders a person to have an education, a poor education leads to a person not getting a decent job which in turn he gets poorer. Then there is overpopulation in this world, people with money are concentrated on a select few people of the population whilst the poor demographic spreads like wild fire throughout the map.
The only solution to stop poverty is to eliminate all the factors that lead to poverty but that would only stop it.Poverty will never cease to exist not until people value money and material possessions which are really the only things that separate the poor from the rich.
